Effective Date: July 24, 2026. Operated by Heart Loop LLC
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HeartLoop mobile app and the HeartLoop website at ourheartloop.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Heart Loop LLC ("HeartLoop," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
HeartLoop is intended for adults. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
HeartLoop is a private, two-person relationship app for couples who are already together - it is not a dating app, a social network, or a way to meet new people. Once two partners connect, HeartLoop provides a love language quiz, weekly guided actions called "Heart Acts," shared progress tracking, and related features described in the app.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
HeartLoop is built around a connected couple. Once you connect with a partner, certain information, including your love language results, Heart Act completions, shared progress, and subscription coverage status, becomes visible to your connected partner. This is core to how the Service works. You can end a partner connection at any time in Settings; see our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to shared data when you disconnect or delete your account.
Certain features of HeartLoop require a paid subscription ("HeartLoop Plus"). Subscription pricing, duration, and any free trial length are disclosed in the app and at the point of purchase.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; access another user's account without permission; reverse engineer or copy the app except as permitted by law; or submit false, misleading, or abusive content through the app or website.
You retain ownership of any written reflections, quiz answers, or other content you submit in the app. By submitting content, you grant HeartLoop a limited license to store and display that content back to you and your connected partner as part of the Service's core functionality. We do not sell your content or make it publicly visible.
The HeartLoop name, logo, tagline, app design, and the content on this website and in the app are the property of Heart Loop LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.
HeartLoop is a relationship-engagement tool, not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, therapy, or medical or mental health advice. If you or your partner are experiencing a crisis or need professional support, please seek help from a licensed professional.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account inside the app, or via our public account deletion page at ourheartloop.com/delete-account if you cannot log in. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is deleted, retained, or anonymized when an account is closed.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations for your relationship.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heart Loop LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including outcomes related to your relationship.
We may update these Terms from time to time as HeartLoop develops. Material changes will be communicated in-app or on this page, with a revised effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to HeartLoop Support through the in-app Support page or at ourheartloop.com/support-page.
